The operating system behind every SFMG service visit — dispatch, brand-standard verification, and a permanent, verifiable record of the work performed. It is how a luxury store opens pristine, and how you can prove it was.
Completed service records appear in Vault within 24 hours of the visit.
What makes a Vault record
GPS-verified at location
Every completion photograph carries the device's embedded GPS coordinate. The platform confirms it against the on-site check-in coordinate before a record is sealed.
Time-stamped at capture
Capture timestamps are read from each photograph's EXIF metadata at upload — the record reflects when the work was actually done, not when it was entered.
SHA-256 sealed
Every photograph carries a SHA-256 image hash. The same image cannot certify two visits, and any later alteration breaks the seal.
